ISOLION PUAST 185 One Component Polyurethane Based Primer For Porous Concrete

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

• Porous concrete,
• Plaster,
• Gypsum boards,
• Foundations and retaining walls.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

All surfaces must be free of oil, grease and moisture before the application. Clean the surface using a high pssure washer and remove oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance, loose particles, mould release agents must be removed. Fill surface irregularities with the relevant product.

APPLICATION:

Use a low speed mixer until a homogenous mixture is achieved for ready to use. It is applied without thinning. The whole surface should be primed. Airless spray is suggested for large areas application. After 2-4 hours,polyurethane coating or sealant is applied. The moisture of concrete should be max %5.

CONSUMPTION:

Total min. consumption 0,10 - 0,25 kg/m²

CLEANING OF TOOLS:

Tools are cleaned with suitable solvent after application. Rollers are single use only.

Can be kept for 12 months minimum in the original unopened pails in dry places and at temperatures of +5 ˚C and +25 ˚C. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
