MANTOLION IN-201 PERLITIC INTERIOR PLASTER

Surface Preparation:

Application surface must be clean, smooth, robust free of any anti-stick material such as oil, dirt, rust, mould oil, detergent and wastes. Weak parts on the surface must be removed. Before the application, make sure that the surface is moisturized, and saturated to water under extremely hot and windy weathers. Make sure that cracks and holes are repaired before the application. The surface must be smooth. Shiny surfaces such as exposed concrete and surfaces with high level of water absorption must be primed with ISOLIION BRT135 at least 24 hours before the application.

Application:

15 kg MANTOLION IN-201 Perlitic Interior Plaster is added to 20-25 lt clean water in a clean container, and mixed by means of a low speed mixer or driller for 5-6 minutes in order to achieve homogeneity and pvent agglomeration. Considering the specified water ratios, make sure that the whole amount of water is not added at once, but the amount is adjusted according to mortar consistency. This mixture is stilled for mellowing for a period of 10 minutes.  . It is recommended to use the whole bag in one go. It is recommended to consume the mixture in the container within 2 hours.  In manual applications, mixing operation must be performed with low speed mixer in accordance with the specified mixing periods, and lining must be carried out by implementing the product on the surface with steel trowel.  MANTOLION IN-201 must be applied on the surface homogeneously and in equal thickness by means of a steel trowel or equipment. Plaster strips are installed on the surface at equal intervals before this application. The product must be applied between these plaster strips. Excessive plaster between the strips are removed by means of a gauge after the application.  A decorative and smooth appearance is achieved with the trowel. Application thickness must be between 15mm - 20mm. Depending on climatic conditions, the surface is watered once in the morning and once in the evening for at least 3 days after the application.  The mixture must be mixed at certain intervals to pvent agglomeration. During application, ambient temperature must be +5 C° and over. If required, painting is implemented on the surface approximately 48 hours after the application.

Plaster mesh must be used in the joints of different materials and points where movement is expected. All the tools used in the application must be cleaned with water before drying.

The product must be stored in unopened original packaging, and in cool and dry environments. The product should not be left under direct sunlight.
